  The church staff that works with children are harsh and ungodly while working with young children. They speak with harsh rude tones, they isolate 2 and 3 year olds when they act their age (such as not sitting still for 5+ minutes), and they do not treat others as Jesus would want. There are children crying and screaming because they are being forced to sit still for extended periods of time (5+ minutes on park steps).
